1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Zenthary social casino platform. By visiting or using any part of this platform, you enter into a binding agreement with us and must comply with all terms outlined in this document. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you are not authorized to use Zenthary and must leave immediately.
2. Age Verification and Eligibility

This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. By accessing Zenthary, you affirm under penalty of perjury that you meet this age requirement. 3. Platform Purpose and Limitations
Zenthary is a social casino platform created exclusively for entertainment and recreational purposes. This platform does not facilitate, support, or enable real money gambling in any form. All games use virtual credits that carry zero monetary value and cannot be converted to cash, withdrawn, or exchanged for real-world goods or services. You acknowledge that participation in games on this platform provides no opportunity to win money or anything of value.
4. Virtual Credits and Gaming Currency
Any virtual credits, tokens, coins, points, or other in-game currency provided on Zenthary are purely fictional and exist solely for entertainment purposes. These virtual items have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, cannot be transferred off the platform, and cannot be sold or traded. Accumulation of virtual credits does not entitle you to any real-world benefits, prizes, or compensation of any kind.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
While using Zenthary, you agree to conduct yourself appropriately and in accordance with all applicable laws. You must not attempt to hack, exploit, reverse engineer, or manipulate any aspect of the platform or its games. You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform's functionality or interfere with other users' ability to access and enjoy the service.
6. Intellectual Property Ownership
All content available on Zenthary, including but not limited to software code, game mechanics, graphics, images, text, audio, video, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Zenthary or licensed to us by third parties. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from Zenthary.
7. Service Availability and Changes
Zenthary strives to provide consistent service availability but makes no guarantees regarding uptime or uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or the entire platform at any time without prior notice or liability. We may also update, revise, or replace these Terms of Service at our discretion, and such changes will become effective upon posting.
8. Disclaimers and Warranties
Zenthary is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that defects will be corrected or that the platform will meet your expectations or requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenthary and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification Obligations
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zenthary and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service, your use of the platform, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Zenthary shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation.
12. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zenthary regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
